How Much Did I Spend on Céline in February

Hey hey,

Long time no see! I’m so sorry that I’ve missed a few weeks, February has always been a horrible month and this year wasn’t an exception, and to be honest I’m really glad it’s over.

It was a good month for the Céline finds though, I haven’t even checked that many resale places except Vinted but found so many good things! So let’s see (and count) what I bought (prices include shipping)!

The first purchase of the month was this famous transparent bag from Spring 2018 RTW collection and I bought it for €108,6. It was on my wishlist for a while, I don’t like taking my leather bags out when it’s hot and sunny, so my net bag and Loewe basket usually were my go to. But I sold the basket in my preparations for PP launch so I thought another option for summer would be nice. Not sure how it will deal with the heat, but I love how versatile it is and I plan to wear it with my black fur pouch, little black wallet (as it was styled on the runway), orange wallet or even just the dust bag.

Almost on the same day I’ve found two pairs of the Soft pumps from Resort 2017, one pair in beige patent leather for €36,15 and the other in orange patent leather for €88,65. I’m obsessed with the look 3 from this collection and hoping to get my hands on this suit one day!

I found these amazing sunglasses for €80,59 and €59,59. With yellow aviators I was of course inspired by Sidsel Alling as she wears them so cool, and big black ones are always nice to have in the collection. I also bought a pair of spectacles in a tortoiseshell frame for €46,65, in a perfect condition, with a case and a cloth.

Another cool shoes that I’ve found were these black knot loafers and they were only €46,65! I definitely need to take them to the cobbler as they have some signs of wear on the sole but I’m sure it will be fixed easily.

I was super excited when I saw these khaki trousers from Fall 2018 for €83,40 but once again bought them without checking the measurements and received a shortened version. Lucky me, my friend was willing to swap them for another pair :)

So it’s €550 in total for one pair of trousers, three pairs of shoes, three pairs of sunglasses and one bag, and I’m really happy with every piece! Also I received my Céline package that I sent from Belgrade three months ago and was not even sure if it would ever be released from the customs, and all of the latest purchases arrived last week, so it’s really nice to see all of my Céline pieces in one place finally.

Also just a few hours ago Phoebe Philo’s second drop was released as I’m sure you’ve already seen - and again as much as I love everything, it’s not something I would not be able to find in Céline. Do you remember these Céline ballet flats? I used to have them 10 years ago, and there’s a very similar shape now from Phoebe Philo. Definitely will start looking for the old ones on Vinted!
