About Recent Céline Orders (Received and Awaiting)

Hello friends,

I don’t know what you’ve been busy with on holidays but I was completely lost on Vestiaire Collective, Vinted, Facebook Market and OLX, local Portuguese resale platform. Ordering from Europe was quite a quest before (thanks to my friend Karolina for always helping me out with this) and now everything is so close and easy, average price for the shipping is €5, no customs fees - it’ just impossible to resist.

My recent orders, first Céline:

1. Asymmetric wool wrap skirt with metal clips (very similar to the new scarf skirt from Phoebe Philo)

2. Oversized sweatshirt in red and cream from Pre-Fall 2018

3. Black jeans with raw hem from Pre-Fall 2018

4. Red wool and cashmere cable knit

5. Wool trousers from Spring 2018

6. Poster from Paris boutique reopening

And the the other things:

1. The Gentlewoman Issue №7 (with Beyonce, and now only two left for the full collection!)

2. The Happy Reader, Issues №12 and №13

3. Kartell Componibili storage unit in grey color for our bedroom

And I also wanted to share some older purchases which I have already received and been wearing recently.

To start with - leggings from Fall 2016 collection which became the most comfortable piece of clothing I own and the one I want to wear every day. Not to mention they’re quite similar to Phoebe Philo leggings!

Another very cool piece I’m obsessed with are these cropped leather trousers from Spring 2017 collection. They were supposed to come with the belt, but unfortunately seller couldn’t find it but it was very well compensated with the price! Also she removed the inner tag and didn’t remember the size but they fit just perfectly. This cut is everything!

Another Phoebe Philo A1 collection inspired purchase - Elliptic boots in black. Of course they’re different shape and different heel but still have a similar feeling to Soft square-toe ankle boots. I also have them in the olive color but the coolest ones are with jewel buckles (yet to source for my collection!).

And my very long-awaited purchase - soft ballerina leather flats! Not very successful this time, though. I bought them on VC before reading the description (the price was too good to wait), and one of the elastic turned out to be broken. They’re also FR39 and I knew I had to size down with them but was hoping the elastics would hold my feet. I will try to fix it and already have a contact of the trusted cobbler, so hoping for the best! I’m imaging a lot of outfits with these bright yellow ballet flats for the summer season.

I can't wait for all the new pieces to arrive, I love the first try on so much! Sometimes photos on the listing could be so bad that you don’t really expect a lot (especially with less recognisable pieces) but with Céline it’s impossible to be disappointed. Even the most basic black sweater will be perfect. Though you all probably know that and there’s no need to persuade anyone :)

Okay, now I’ll probably go and check where are my packages!
